"Terrible agent. Super happy with new agent in Sheldon, Iowa. I would recommend all to switch to an agent that cares, and not just about her paycheck.

... I see that Jessica posted on my review, this may be old by now, but I am still ashamed that State Farm still has her as an agent. I was never treated so poorly by an agent as I was with her. State Farm is still my insurance company for car home and life. I was ready to leave when she became my agent as she is less than adequate to represent me."

"I wish I could fly to MN and give Kristi W a hug!! I live in GA and my daughter recently moved to IA. This Mama's heart has had a lot of concern but when it comes to my daughter driving and having the right coverage, Kristi has given me so much peace!
